TECHNICAL COMMUNICATION FOR AIRCRAFT ENGINEERSÂ
Designed for anyone working in Line or Base Maintenance who wants to strengthen their Technical English skills.
9th August
2pm - 6pm AESTÂ
The Challenge
Aircraft Maintenance Engineers speak a highly technical language, but the people we work with—Pilots, Cabin Crew, Operations Staff, Managers, and Customers—often don't. Communicating technical information clearly can be challenging, especially when English is not your first language. Misunderstandings can affect confidence, teamwork, and operational efficiency.
How we'll help
Through realistic airline and MRO scenarios, you'll learn practical techniques to communicate technical information with clarity and confidence. We'll explore real-world communication challenges and provide simple, effective strategies you can apply immediately in the workplace.
Who will benefit?
This introductory course is ideal for:
- Aircraft Maintenance Engineers at any stage of their career.
- Engineers whose first language is not English.
- Engineers new to Australia preparing for careers with airlines, MROs, or CAMOs.
- Anyone looking to improve communication with Pilots, Cabin Crew, fellow Engineers, and other Aviation Stakeholders.
