STRIP IT BACK
Monday 20th April 7pm Melbourne time
This session includes:
- What kind of training is EGR
- Why is it required and by whom
- How to "reverse engineer" the training
After this module, you’ll have the building blocks you need to construct your blueprint.
SESSION 2
PLAN IT OUT
Tuesday 21st April 7pm Melbourne time
This session includes:
- Tips and Tricks of a course developer
- Resource gathering
- Template construction
After this module, you’ll be ready to build your course.
SESSION 3
OVER TO YOU
This session includes:
- Practical application of what you've learned so far.
- Application for group feedback if desired

I have always had a passion for Aircrafts and "how they work". I am a licensed Aircraft Engineer, a Course Developer, Instructor and Part 147 Training Manager.
My goal at this event is to make your life easier by sharing with you my Framework and System for developing courses.Â
By the end of the week, not only will you have a Part 145 – Ready EGR Theory Training Course, but this training will give you the skills and the know-how to design any future course you or your boss needs.
