Months 1 and 7
A traditional training format for those that prefer this type of learning. A deep-dive into a particular topic in a self-paced pre-recorded course.
Complete the course in one day or over a period of days and pass the topic assessments to receive your certificate of completion.
Topic - The Trainer's Black Book
Months 2 and 8
Collaborative learning in an interactive live workshop.
Delivered across a morning or afternoon (approx. 3 hours) your instructors will work together with others to share thoughts and learning techniques around the art of teaching adults.
Topic - Six in Sixty
Months 3 and 9
Instructors will complete a series of actionable steps daily across 10 working days.
The end result of the challenge will be a useful resource that instructors can use in their working life to alleviate a particular problem.
Topic - Onboarding a New Instructor
Months 4 and 10
Instructors can attend a live online presentation from an industry guru followed by a Q&A session. Total time required approx 3 hours.
The presentation will be recorded for Instructors to refer back to when needed.
Topic -Ā POC Design and Purpose
Months 5 and 11
A series of short actionable steps delivered over 5 working days in the form of emails or short videos.
Instructors will complete each step in sequence resulting in a completed resource to be used again and again

Months 6 and 12
Instructors can be faced with many challenging scenarios when teaching adults.
Collaborative learning can provide solutions for difficult situations. Join this 3 hour workshop for practical tips and advice.
